Mindfulness is the practice of noticing moment by moment your present experience and gently and compassionately bringing your attention back to it. Meditation is a way of practicing mindfulness to help sharpen our ability to be present throughout our other actions during the day. At this time, I am offering an introduction to mindfulness course that is 4 sessions in length to introduce you to a variety of mindfulness concepts and practices in a small group setting. This curriculum offers a chance to transform your relationship with yourself and others by practicing breathwork, awareness, and presence. It is a nice fit for those seeking to learn coping skills to combat stress and anxiety.
The training consists of 4 sessions, 75 minutes each. The cost of the entire curriculum is $120 due at the time of the first group starting ($30 per session).
