Mindfulness is about helping you stay connected to the present moment, allowing you to navigate life with more calm and clarity. Through mindful awareness, you can learn to gently guide your attention back to your current experience, no matter where your mind may wander. My introduction to mindfulness course is designed to equip you with practical tools to bring greater presence into your everyday life.
Over the course of four small-group sessions, you'll explore mindfulness techniques like breathwork and awareness, which can help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking fresh ways to cope with life’s challenges, this program offers a supportive environment for growth and transformation.
Each session is 75 minutes long, and the full course is priced at $150 (just $37.50 per session), payable before the group begins.
