Consultation and Supervision Services

I offer individual clinical consultation for mental health professionals seeking thoughtful, depth-oriented support, as well as individual supervision for registered interns when appropriate. My work is grounded in feminist and psychodynamic perspectives and shaped by a strong emphasis on identity, power, relational dynamics, and reflective practice.

As a qualified supervisor in the state of Florida for registered mental health counselor interns and registered marriage and family therapist interns, I bring a training-informed lens to all consultation and supervision work. I prioritize your lived experience as a clinician while also inviting exploration of patterns, blind spots, and clinical questions that may sit just outside of immediate awareness.

Consultation for Licensed Clinicians

Consultation is designed for licensed clinicians who are seeking a non-evaluative, collaborative space to think more deeply about their work. This offering is best suited for clinicians who value reflection, clinical depth, and intentional professional growth rather than checklist-based problem solving.

Consultation does not count toward licensure hours.

Common consultation focuses include:

  • EMDR-informed and trauma-responsive case consultation
  • Attachment-based and relational work
  • Working with LGBTQIA+ clients, including trans and gender-diverse adults
  • Integrating geek therapy, mindfulness, and creative interventions
  • Professional identity development, boundaries, and sustainability

My consultation practice is particularly well-suited for clinicians who are established in their careers and looking for a space that balances warmth, rigor, and honest reflection.

Individual Supervision for Registered Interns

I offer individual supervision only for registered mental health counselor interns and registered marriage and family therapist interns in the state of Florida. Supervision is provided on a limited basis and is focused on clinicians who are seeking a depth-oriented supervisory relationship rather than a purely administrative one.

I have supervised and mentored 22 counselors-in-training at the University of Florida, including individual supervision and live-feed family clinic supervision through the Alachua County Crisis Center. I currently supervise registered interns in private practice.

Supervision focuses on:

  • Clinical skill development and case conceptualization
  • Ethical decision-making and scope of practice
  • Professional identity formation
  • Power, identity, and intersectionality in clinical work
  • Burnout prevention and long-term sustainability

What to Expect

All services are provided in an individual format. My style is warm, engaged, and honest. I offer both support and thoughtful challenge in service of your growth, while maintaining a clear ethical frame and respect for your autonomy as a clinician.
